I built from years of training across multiple sports, competing at a high level, and coaching in real gym environments — working with professional athletes, celebrities, and everyday people who just wanted to move better and look better.
This isn’t theory or something I pieced together online, this is my actual experience.
The program blends strength training, calisthenics, unilateral work, core stability, and zone 2 conditioning — all structured into efficient 45–60 minute sessions. Simple. Straightforward. Effective.
It doesn’t require anything crazy, just your body, your effort, and the discipline to stay consistent.
